The purchase area of our site is secure. When you enter the checkout area of our site you will be moved to our secure server. Energy Autos uses the latest encryption technology available (SSL) to provide security of payment. You can tell this as a small padlock will be displayed at the bottom of your browser whenever you visit these pages. Under no circumstances will your personal information be passed on to a third party.

We accept payment online by VISA, MasterCard,. If you fax your order we will also accept payment by Cheque, Postal Order or Bank Transfer made payable to :

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
For your convenience, we use the most reliable carriers suitable to your location. All orders placed are shipped as soon as possible.
Delivery can be accepted between 9.30 am and 5 pm Monday-Friday . Please supply an address where your order can be received. Please allow up to 28 working days for delivery(most orders will be delivered much soon than this), specific delivery times or dates cannot be guaranteed but we will an approximate delivery date.Currently we do not operate a retail outlet and cannot facilitate personal callers to collect orders without prior arrangement. Please take note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.

RETURNS POLICY
We try to make returns process as easy as possible for you, Prior to returning the item we request that you contact us at customercare@energyautos.com we will then give you information on how to make a return. A purchased product may be returned to Energy Autos within 7 working days of receipt as long as the goods are not opened and still in it original packaging. Goods must be returned at your own expense.

On rare occasions a purchased product may be damaged or defective , please contact us within those 7 days at customercare@energyautos.com and we will organise a replacement or refund.
